How we work

We safeguard consumer rights through the regulation of specific industries, organisations and consumer transactions. The laws we administer set the rules for fairness in the countless daily interactions between consumers, business and organisations.

FACT:
Dept Fair Trading take the side of the company complained about. They ignore any evidence or documentation you provide. They are a drain on the tax payer and achieve nothing. 

What is the point of such a Department? NONE!

One has to Question their value!

Of Particular concern is Stephen Ivancic

  • Ignores evidence provided.
  • Sides with the company complained about.
  • Refuses to answer questions or reply to questions or requests.

Fair Trading turns a blind eye to what can only be called the theft of millions of dollars from trusting and oblivious citizens.
