Fact: NCAT is a HIGHLY corrupt and GROSSLY incompetent Government Department that is a law unto themselves.
Of particular concern are the following people:
Theresa Simon, Principal Member
– Ignored all evidence provided by the Applicant.
– Bullying and intimidation of the Applicant.
– Showed complete and utter contempt towards the Applicant.
– Complete and utter bias towards the Respondent.
Cathy Szczygielski, Principal Registrar, AKA The cleaner
– Sweeps complaints under the carpet and refuses to answer any questions.

– Is either oblivious or turns a blind eye to the corruption that is systemic at NCAT.
