At Netstrata we work in collaboration with the Owners Corporation and the Strata Committee to ensure that, as they come up, maintenance issues are rectified speedily, owner’s concerns are addressed diplomatically and the financial records are kept up-to-date.

FACT:

Netstrata is a company built on lies, deceit, incompetence and what can only be called theft.

Netstrata have siphoned, or more like stolen, millions of dollars from trusting and oblivious clients through their wholly owned company Strata Insurance Services $$$$ KA-CHING.

Netstrata prefer not to organise special levies to raise funds for works. Instead they organise expensive Strata loans for the Owners Corporation. It is unclear whether Netstrata or their wholly owned companies receive brokerage or commission, or charge other fees for managing the loan.

Please note, these loans are not tax deductible to investors.

Of particular concern are the following:

Stephen Brell, President of the Strata Community Association (SCA) NSW. Previously a director of the SCA.

– Managing Director – Netstrata

– lied to Dept. Fair Trading  regarding a complaint made about Netstrata.

– Tried to prevent access to the strata roll claiming that the owner was not on the strata committee and due to privacy.

Not the first time he tried to prevent an owner access to their own Strata Roll

– Threatened legal action against theexpose.com.au if it continued to expose the lies and theft who are Netstrata.

Ashley Hunt, Strata Manager

– Evicted an owner form an AGM, not once but twice for voicing his disapproval of Netstrata. In addition Netstrata’s contract was up for renewal Kaching $$$, and numerous by-laws were proposed to be introduced Kaching $$$.

– Ashley made an owner unfinancial for an AGM so that his vote could not be counted, and also disqualified him from being on the committee again. Ashley was fully aware that the previous strata manager Tyson Major falsified a fire inspection report to charge him bogus fees, as well as withholding strata fee invoices claiming he was in arrears. – Netstrata delay major works prior to any AGM’s where their contract is up for renewal to scare/force the owners to renew their contract with Netstrata.
– Ashley muted a number of owners during an AGM who opposed or exposed Netstrata’s lies and incompetence.

Michael Thompson, Strata Manager

– Compulsive liar – Lied at AGM’s, general correspondence, and at an NCAT hearing.

 

– Incompetent strata manager who accomplished nothing and made up excuses for everything.

– Compulsive liar – Lied at AGM’s, general correspondence, and at an NCAT hearing.

-Tyson Major removed an Owners Corporation Committee Member from Correspondence

– Incompetent strata manager who accomplished very little and made up excuses for everything.

-Netstrata introduce, change, update, remove, pointless or useless By-Laws to increase their bottom line $$$$ KA-CHING.

– Netstrata charge excessive fees and charges through their wholly owned company Winfire $$$$ KA-CHING.

– Tyson failed to repair an owners fire alarm, falsified a fire inspection report, only to try and charge the owner a fee.

– Nestrata prefer to organise expensive Strata Loans and don’t have the management skills to organise special levies.

– Tyson withheld Strata fee notices from an owner to penalise them.

Dianne Copping, Strata Manager

– purposely withheld meeting notices to prevent an owner from exposing the massive brokerage charged which isn’t disclosed.

– Lied at an AGM stating that the scheme was never charged any brokerage, then threatened the owner with legal action if they persisted.

– Dianne did everything in her power to withhold the strata role from an owner

Recording

Wenna Wu, Strata Manager

– Muted an owner during an AGM so that he could not expose their lies and brokerage theft. In addition, their contract was up for renewal.

 

– claimed that all Strata Mangers use brokers to ensure the best policy for the Owners Corporation.

Melissa Elliott

– Isolated an owner so that he could not chat with other owners and expose their lies and brokerage theft. She also muted the same owner for the same reason.

– Agreed to provide the brokerage statement to the owners in the minutes, but in typical Netstrata fashion…………….more lies. She did not provide it.

Chris Lagana

Mr Lagana threatened an owner with Legal action for not paying a significant arrears in one lump sum, which was unbeknown to them. The arrears was due to an error on Netstrata’s part, and not emailing Notices to the managing agent for payment.
